When you review letters
Read letters received by your organization.
Use the organization view to review letters and their details. The 2027–28 pilot starts with schools.
Recommender details
See the recommender's name, stated professional title, date written, and Valid until date.
Confidential text
The candidate cannot upload, edit, replace, or read the letter.
Access period
A delivered copy stays readable for 12 months after arrival, even if its validity ends, unless withdrawn.
Withdrawal
If the recommender withdraws the letter, your organization can no longer read it.
Your organization decides whether a letter meets its requirements. The pilot does not independently verify recommender credentials or assess the letter's suitability.
