When you write a letter

Write once. Choose its validity.

Submit one letter for the schools selected on the request. Set how long it stays valid and withdraw it if needed.

Letter validity

Set the Valid until date.

Validity starts when you submit. The letter is delivered to the schools chosen on the request.

Choose 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, or 5 years. The default is 1 year.

The candidate sees the Valid until date, not the letter text.

Draft your letter and submit it to the schools listed on the request.

See the receiving schools and whether each copy has been opened.

Withdrawal closes access to every delivered copy.

You can request letters about yourself and write letters for others from the same dashboard.

After submission, the text and expiry date cannot be edited. Only withdrawal is allowed.
